It is a dull, dreary day here today. It actually became so dark by about 2-30 pm that I was forced to work almost totally under artificial light in my studio, which is well lit by large North facing windows. Since I don't like working under artificial light, I decided to call it a day. Here is where the painting is at now. I feel that it is coming together fairly well, but I may still make the rocks on the left foreground somewhat larger for balance. I probably have another 4-5 hours work left.
